Airport Campaign
Campaign Objective
The Airport Lung Cancer Screening Awareness Campaign brings life-saving information about lung cancer screening directly into airports. In September 2025, ALCSI launched the Airport Campaign at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. With more than 20 million travelers passing through annually, St. Louis Lambert International Airport provides a powerful platform to reach people where they are. We deployed 13 digital displays across baggage claim and ticketing levels, connecting travelers to ALCSI resources, including our lung cancer hotline and website. These displays are seen through both terminals. This effort marks the first step in expanding the campaign to airports nationwide.
Billboard and Bus Shelter Campaign
Campaign Objective
At ALCSI, we believe awareness should meet people where they are: in their daily lives, on their morning commutes, and across their cities. Our Lung Cancer Billboard and Bus Shelter Awareness Campaign brings powerful public health messages directly to the streets, turning everyday spaces into catalysts for change. These large-scale visuals are designed to spark curiosity, start conversations, and save lives. From highways to local neighborhoods, each display delivers bold messaging on lung cancer screening and early detection, reaching thousands of people each day. By transforming public spaces into platforms for impact, we aim to educate, empower, and encourage communities to take action for their health.
Breakdown By the Numbers
To date, ALCSI has 167 billboards in the following states: Tennessee, Missouri, Florida, Minnesota, Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Nevada, and North Carolina. ALCSI also has lung cancer screening signage in 50 bus shelters in Las Vegas. As of today, we have amassed a total of 85+ million impressions and 62,000+ plays on our billboards and bus shelters. By next year, we are projecting this campaign to reach every state in the United States.
